"Perfect"

We stayed in the Sinalei for 10 nights and can just rave about the cleanliness, the nice pool area, the almost nicely trained staff and the good hosting of the Director Mrs. Sose. Our Fale was very delightful, just overlooking the pool area. The special feature was the truly amazing kitchen. It was spotless clean and the Chef Ernest and his team can produce food like for a king. He prepared for as a Parrotfish, which just send us over the moon. Also all the other dishes are very well prepared and really special. The nice setting from the Restaurant on the jetty is just a special and very romantic affair. The only thing, that is the fact, that it is not good for snorkelling, most of the corals are broken, they claim the Tsunami.
